李柱柏,男,1975年11月生,博士,教授。1998.06在蘭州大學材料科學系材料物理專業獲學士學位,2010.07在甯波大學理學院凝聚态物理專業獲碩士學位,2014.01在中國科學院物理研究所獲博士學位。近年主要開展稀土永磁體磁性耦合增強機理和制備關鍵技術研究。承擔國家自然科學基金、内蒙古自然科學基金等項目。發表論文30餘篇,其中4篇以第一作者在應用物理學TOP期刊Appl. Phys. Lett.發表。闡述兩相界面元素擴散對磁性能影響機制,為優化複合磁體的制備工藝提供理論基礎;建立通過熱激活研究磁體反磁化過程的方法,提出磁體矯頑力與晶粒表層自耦合特性之間存在直接關系。相關研究在稀土磁體研究領域獲得廣泛關注,獲中核集團公司科學技術獎二等獎,授權發明專利4項,入選内蒙古自治區“321人才工程”。
