張奇偉,男,河南商丘人,中共黨員,博士,教授,碩士生導師。現任萄京游戏716材料與冶金學院教師,内蒙古自治區鐵電新能源材料與器件重點實驗室光-電功能材料方向負責人,中國儀表功能材料學會電子元件關鍵材料與技術專業委員會會員,先後榮獲教育部“博士研究生學術新人獎”、内蒙古“優秀科技工作者”、内蒙古“草原英才”工程青年創新創業人才第一層次、内蒙古“青年科技英才領軍人才”及内蒙古青年科技獎等稱号。
教育背景
2001.9-2005.7商丘師範學院物理與電氣信息工程學院物理學專業,獲理學學士學位;
2005.9-2008.7鄭州大學物理工程學院理論物理專業,獲理學碩士學位;
2009.3-2012.7同濟大學功能材料研究所信息功能材料與器件專業,獲工學博士學位。
工作經曆

2013.3-2015.6同濟大學物理與科學工程學院凝聚态物理專業進行博士後研究工作。
研究領域
主要研究領域為:無鉛鐵電、壓電材料的電性能調控和光-電多功能特性研究。在同濟大學攻讀博士學位期間,獲得“2011年教育部博士研究生學術新人獎”的資助。近年來,作為項目負責人,主持國家自然科學基金、中國博士後基金第七批特别資助和面上項目一等資助、省部級科研項目及清華大學新型陶瓷與精細工藝國家重點實驗室開放基金等項目10餘項。目前在Chemical Communications, ACSAppliedmaterials & interfaces, Journal of Materials Chemistry C, AppliedPhysics Letters等SCI源期刊發表SCI研究論文60餘篇。以第一作者或通訊作者發表40餘篇(SCI)(一區SCI收錄論文8篇,二區SCI論文20篇,影響因子>6的3篇,影響因子>5的8篇,影響因子>2的26篇SCI,總影響因子>100,他引頻次大于260。
(1)光-機-電多功能材料研究
利用稀土元素或過渡元素作為敏化劑和結構改性劑,實現對材料結構相變的調控、電場作用下自發極化的易反轉和相結構的易轉變、以及對光緻變色材料的可控熒光讀出,将光緻變色和光緻發光兩種物性完美的耦合在一起,實現了光緻變色可控的熒光發射,獲得循環穩定性,“寫入”、“讀出”、“擦除”性能優越的新型光信息存儲材料,并構建發光和壓電性能俱佳的新型光-機-電多功能材料。
(2)柔性高儲能密度新材料研究
柔性高儲能密度電容器的制備成為制約微電子器件向微型化、集成化及模塊化應用的關鍵因素之一,在我國電力、混合動力汽車、脈沖功率技術等領域也有廣泛應用,是目前大力發展的關鍵能源材料之一。而柔性高儲能密度電容器的關鍵是尋求一種同時具有高介電常數、高儲能密度、高儲能效率及快速充放電、柔韌性好的新型信息功能介質材料。
